Beyond the sales process, you’ll play a key role in <strong>cleaning out homes, organizing and sorting belongings, and preparing spaces for their next chapter</strong>.</p><p>Every project is unique and will help honor a lifetime of memories while making the transition easier for those we serve.  It's a job where you get a warm hug because of the service you provided to someone that needed you.</p><br><b>What You’ll Do</b><ul><li><b>Sort & Organize Homes</b> – Go through all areas of a client’s property to carefully sort belongings into categories: items to sell, donate, dispose of, or move to the family’s new home.</li><li><b>Capture the Details</b> – Photograph items in ways that showcase their uniqueness and appeal to buyers on CTBids.com.</li><li><b>Research Treasures</b> – Explore the history and value of antiques, collectibles, and everyday household items.</li><li><strong>Estate Sales Crew Member</strong> - Serve as a sales staff and/or cashier during in-person estate sales as needed.</li><li><b>Support Seniors On-Site</b> – Work in homes across the Delray Beach area to identify and prepare items for sale.</li><li><b>Assist with Packing & Resettling</b> – Help seniors pack belongings, prepare for moves, and unpack/resettle into new homes. This includes organizing living spaces, maintaining routines, and creating a welcoming environment.
