      "value": "Spectrum.Life is expanding our network of affiliate Psychologists and Psychotherapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapies in line with NICE guidelines.<br>As part of our network, you’ll receive referrals directly through our secure portal (Salesforce), with the flexibility to arrange appointments at times that best suit your schedule.<br><br>How It Works<br><ul><li>Clients are triaged by our 24/7 Care Counsellor team.</li><li>Suitable cases are referred for High Intensity CBT or Psychology sessions (face-to-face, phone, or video).</li><li>You’ll be notified by email of new referrals, with 24 hours to accept and 5–7 days to offer the first appointment.</li></ul>"
