We&rsquo;re looking for someone who knows it.</p><p>The Ashford is looking for an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who doesn&rsquo;t just complete work orders but takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create a community our residents are proud to call home.</p><p>We&rsquo;re seeking someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and brings a positive, team-first mindset to everything they do. If you&rsquo;re someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and genuinely enjoys helping others, you&rsquo;ll fit right in here.</p><p>What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</p><ul><li>Responding to and completing service requests with care and urgency</li><li>Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the community</li><li>Completing apartment punch lists and make-ready units</li><li>Performing drywall repair, painting, and general upkeep</li><li>Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing and electrical issues</li></ul><p>What you bring to the team:</p><ul><li>At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience</li><li>HVAC and CPO certifications preferred</li><li>Experience with appliances and plumbing repairs is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations</li><li>A willingness to jump in, help out, and support the team</li></ul><p>What you need to know:</p><ul><li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li><li>On-call rotation and weekend availability are required</li></ul><p>At The Ashford, we don&rsquo;t just maintain apartments, we take care of people.
