You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year AI strategy, driving adoption across functions like predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and quality inspection, while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and stringent defense regulations. Additionally, you will support Quality and Supply Chain teams with data management and reporting for key business reviews.\n Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year AI strategy aligned with operational goals and a “Factory of the Future” vision. Project Leadership: Champion AI initiatives, acting as the primary advocate and educating stakeholders on the return on investment (ROI) of AI technologies (machine learning (ML), computer vision, generative AI) in a manufacturing environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Data Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain) to drive projects from proof-of-concept to full-scale production implementation. Performance Measurement: Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI initiatives, focusing on areas such as scrap rate reduction, uptime improvements, and lead-time optimization.
