Are you great in a crisis? Have you been in the trenches of crisis response? Do you have a vision for how tech could help you do it better? Ready1 is a unique platform for Cyber Crisis Management – and an absolute rocket ship growing rapidly with massive customer demand. Crisis management is a critical need for every organization in the world. You can be the leader that meets this need and grow a flagship, groundbreaking product. We're seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our Crisis Management pillar . If you have demonstrated vision for how to change the world with technology, ambition to drive that vision into reality, and optimism to carry your team, partners, customers and stakeholders along for the ride, you have what it takes to be a great product leader. If you have real world experience managing through crisis – whether in cyber incidents, IT incidents, business incidents or other contexts, you’ll immediately see the value of Ready1 and more importantly, know how to steer it. You'll set the product vision and strategy, oversee the Ready1 product managers, and collaborate with stakeholders across the company, partners, and customers to deliver market leading, world class solutions. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement product strategy and roadmap for our Crisis Management product line, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs. Lead a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Provide guidance, mentoring, and career development opportunities for the team. Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing performance. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. Use this data to inform product strategy and positioning. Translate business-to-technical requirements, and vice-versa, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project goals and expectations. Foster a customer-centric mindset across the product team, advocating for user needs and driving customer satisfaction. Represent the product team in executive meetings and present product strategy, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch to post-launch performance evaluation. Qualifications: Proven ability to deliver effective technological solutions required. 5+ years of product management (or closely related) experience, with at least 3 years in a direct management role. Crisis response experience strongly desired. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus. If this sounds like an exciting area where you can make a difference – go for it! Semperis welcomes applicants from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience. Why Join Semperis? You’ll be part of a global team on the front lines of cybersecurity innovation. At Semperis, we celebrate curiosity, integrity, and people who take initiative.
