Documentation:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date reports to ensure transparency and progress tracking.</li>\n<li>Organize and manage stakeholder meetings, maintaining thorough documentation, including meeting schedules, agendas, and minutes.</li>\n<li>Track spending against budget, report variances, and approve invoices and payroll.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Site Visits &amp; Project Evaluation:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel regularly to job sites to review progress, meet with stakeholders, and evaluate project status.</li>\n<li>Regularly evaluate project progress, address mistakes, and provide updates to the Project Delivery Team Lead.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ABOUT YOU</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep understanding of construction process, methods and materials.</li>\n<li>Familiar with architectural and engineering design principles to bridge gap between design and construction.</li>\n<li>Ability to lead and manage project teams, consultants, trade contractors, suppliers and owners.
