          "text": "<p>Nova Scotia Health is seeking family physicians to join a developing team at the West Hants Access Clinic in Windsor, Nova Scotia. The West Hants Access Clinic provides primary care access to patients registered on the Need a Family Practice registry and living in the West Hants area.&#xa0;<br>\nThe clinic provides appointments for people who have an immediate health care need that requires primary care. Patients can make an appointment with a healthcare provider at the clinic while they continue to remain on the registry to find a family practice.&#xa0;<br>\nThis clinic is collaborative in nature and will consist of family physicians, nurse practitioners, and family practice nurses. It is managed by Nova Scotia Health with administrative support and is co-located with Avon Medical. The team is fully integrated on Med Access using a shared network EMR.&#xa0;</p><p>Payment is on a sessional, hourly basis as per the 2023-2027 Physician Agreement.&#xa0;</p>",
