We are looking for a fulltime Commercial Banking Client Advisor that will play a vital role in helping grow the business, as well as supporting our current & future clients. An ideal candidate would meet the qualifications listed below, and more importantly, be able to demonstrate that they live by Oakworth Core Values ( G olden Rule, Character, Innovative Spirit, Professionalism, Work Ethic ). Summary: The Commercial Client Advisor would provide the highest level of client experience through personalized banking solutions to Oakworth clients in a collaborative team environment. This role is responsible for serving current relationships and leading the development of new client relationships, in addition to a variety of tasks including those listed below: Key Roles/Responsibilities: Ensure execution of the Oakworth Model Execution of the business development approach Build book of business Provide extraordinary client experience Community Involvement Responsibility Details: Strengthen existing client relationships as well as maintain excellent business development skills to identify potential clients that fit the Oakworth relationship model. Analyze client financial statements in order to provide and implement financial recommendations. Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience. High level of focus on the generation of new relationships and business to assist in meeting team goals: Attend Business Development team meetings prepared to contribute. Collaborate with Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management teams. Conduct business development calls on prospective and current clients to assist in meeting established team goals. High focus on client service: Relationship management for existing clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communication with meaningful substance. Providing a high level of responsiveness returning calls and emails regarding client inquiries. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required 5+ years of experience of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) lending experience is preferred Previous commercial credit background is highly preferred Proficiency in Horizon or a similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required Excellent Communication Skills – verbal, written, listening Team focused (collaborative, works well with others, supports team goals) Holistic approach to advising clients & providing solutions Drive to source, win, expand relationships Knowledgeable/Credible within their field (through experience, education, credentials in applicable area) Organizational skills Ability to utilize technology resources Equal Employment Opportunity Oakworth is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates and applicants in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law. This role is responsible for serving current relationships and leading the development of new client relationships, in addition to a variety of tasks including those listed below: \\n\\nKey Roles/Responsibilities: \\n\\n\\n\\tEnsure execution of the Oakworth Model\\n\\tExecution of the business development approach\\n\\tBuild book of business\\n\\tProvide extraordinary client experience\\n\\tCommunity Involvement\\n\\n\\nResponsibility Details: \\n\\n\\n\\tStrengthen existing client relationships as well as maintain excellent business development skills to identify potential clients that fit the Oakworth relationship model.\\n\\tAnalyze client financial statements in order to provide and implement financial recommendations. \\n\\tWork collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the client experience.\\n\\tHigh level of focus on the generation of new relationships and business to assist in meeting team goals: \\n\\t\\n\\t\\tAttend Business Development team meetings prepared to contribute. \\n\\t\\tCollaborate with Private Banking, Treasury Management, and Wealth Management teams. \\n\\t\\tConduct business development calls on prospective and current clients to assist in meeting established team goals. \\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\tHigh focus on client service: \\n\\t\\n\\t\\tRelationship management for existing clients, including ongoing and regular client contact and communication with meaningful substance. \\n\\t\\tProviding a high level of responsiveness returning calls and emails regarding client inquiries. \\n\\t\\n\\t\\n\\n\\n\\nQualifications and Skills:\\n\\n\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent required\\n\\t5+ years of experience of Commercial &amp; Industrial (C&amp;I) lending experience is preferred \\n\\tPrevious commercial credit background is highly preferred\\n\\tProficiency in Horizon or a similar Core Banking system and Microsoft Dynamics or a similar Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform is preferred\\n\\tProficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required\\n\\tExcellent Communication Skills &ndash; verbal, written, listening\\n\\tTeam focused (collaborative, works well with others, supports team goals)\\n\\tHolistic approach to advising clients &amp; providing solutions \\n\\tDrive to source, win, expand relationships \\n\\tKnowledgeable/Credible within their field (through experience, education, credentials in applicable area) \\n\\tOrganizational skills \\n\\tAbility to utilize technology resources \\n\\n\\n&nbsp;\\n\\nEqual Employment Opportunity\\n\\nOakworth is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity for all associates and applicants in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.\\n\\nAccommodations for Applicants\\n\\nAccommodations are available upon request for applicants who may need support during the hiring process.
