This role drives Lean Manufacturing principles, advanced problem-solving, and embodies values Ownership Mindset, Integrity in Action, Communication, One Team, Continual Learning, Acting with Urgency, and Passion for Excellence, to deliver Organizational Excellence</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion Lean methodologies (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping).</li>\n<li>Minimize product change overtime through Planning and scheduling.</li>\n<li>Plan, organize, and manage Operation schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.</li>\n<li>Identify waste and inefficiencies in processes and implement cost-saving measures.</li>\n<li>Implement Kaizen Events and conduct LPAs.</li>\n<li>Drive measurable improvements in OEE, scrap reduction, and cycle time.</li>\n<li>Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations across all shifts.</li>\n<li>Foster a culture of Continual Learning &amp; Improvement across all operational areas.</li>\n<li>Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations across all shifts.</li>\n<li>Ensure smooth shift-to-shift communication and standardized work practices.</li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs such as throughput, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.</li>\n<li>Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs and ensure spare parts availability.</li>\n<li>Apply TPM principles to maximize uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.</li>\n<li>Apply DFM and DOE principles to improve processes and validate changes.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with overseas R&amp;D for NPI and engineering changes.</li>\n<li>Oversee material movement from receiving to shipping and maintain accurate inventory.</li>\n<li>Maintain inventory between process to process and FGI safety stock.</li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015, EPA, OSHA, and NFPA standards.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Quality team to implement corrective actions and conduct audits.</li>\n<li>Lead 8D problem-solving for root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Consolidate operational reports and present performance metrics.</li>\n<li>Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.</li>\n<li>Any other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, DFM, DOE, NPI, and 8D problem-solving.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP systems and regulatory compliance.</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours to support 24/7 operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies &amp; Manufacturing Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lean Manufacturing &amp; Kaizen</li>\n<li>Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)</li>\n<li>Quality Systems &amp; Audits (ISO 9001:2015)</li>\n<li>Regulatory Compliance (EPA, OSHA, NFPA)</li>\n<li>DFM, DOE, NPI</li>\n<li>Advanced Manufacturing Processes (CNC, assembly, automation)</li>\n<li>Process Engineering &amp; PFMEA</li>\n<li>Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why)</li>\n<li>Production Planning &amp; Scheduling</li>\n<li>Inventory Control (Direct &amp; Spare Parts)</li>\n<li>ERP/MRP Systems</li>\n<li>Team Leadership &amp; Development</li>\n</ul>",
