The Senior Data Scientist will also contribute to the development of best practices for data and AI across the organization. Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the Data and AI governance group, Data and AI board, and Digital Practice group to set the direction for the Lakehouse infrastructure</li>\n <li>Analyze large, diverse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational or project improvements.</li>\n <li>Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to inform planning, forecasting, and decision-making.</li>\n <li>Create dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Apply AI and machine learning methods, including generative AI, to support data and AI use cases.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with business SMEs, data engineer, and the Digital Practice group to translate analytics into actionable recommendations.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the growth of Parkhill’s data science capabilities.</li>\n <li>Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science applicable to the AEC and consulting sectors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field</li>\n <li>7+ years in data science, analytics, or AI roles</li>\n <li>Experience with AEC, engineering, or consulting environments</li>\n <li>Strong proficiency in Python or R, including relevant ML libraries</li>\n <li>Expertise in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) for analytics and model deployment</li>\n <li>Experience with generative AI frameworks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
