The architect works closely with leadership and project teams to design modern cloud-based solutions and support digital transformation initiatives. The role also drives technology best practices and provides technical guidance to engineering teams.</span><br><br><span>Key Responsibilities</span><br><span>Architecture &amp; Solution Design</span><br><span>• Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective software architectures aligned with business objectives and user needs.</span><br><span>• Lead the architecture and design of complex distributed systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.</span><br><span>• Define end-to-end solution architectures, including integration patterns, APIs, microservices, and AI-enabled services.</span><br><span>• Oversee the integration of multiple systems and technologies across the enterprise ecosystem to ensure seamless interoperability and data flow.</span><br><span>• Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.</span><br><span>Technology Strategy &amp; Innovation</span><br><span>• Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.</span><br><span>• Evaluate emerging technologies including AI/ML platforms, generative AI, cloud-native technologies, and automation tools.</span><br><span>• Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, and emerging technologies and drive adoption within the practice unit.</span><br><span>• Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate new technology solutions including AI-enabled capabilities.</span><br><br><br><br><span>Technical Leadership</span><br><span>• Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams across multiple projects.</span><br><span>• Coach project squads to enhance technical competency and adoption of best practices including cloud-native and AI-driven development practices.</span><br><span>• Support cross-functional teams in resolving complex technical issues and performance challenges.</span><br><span>• Ensure the architectural vision is effectively implemented across development teams.</span><br><span>Architecture Governance &amp; Innovation</span><br><span>• Drive the adoption of AI-first architecture principles across the organization.</span><br><span>• Establish AI architecture guidelines and reusable accelerators for engineering teams.</span><br><span>• Collaborate with business leaders to define AI-driven product capabilities and innovation roadmaps.</span><br><span>AI / Data &amp; Emerging Technologies</span><br><span>• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Generative AI technologies.</span><br><span>• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled solutions such as intelligent automation, recommendation engines, chatbots, or predictive analytics.</span><br><span>• Understanding of AI architecture patterns, model integration, and data pipelines.</span><br><span>• Familiarity with AI frameworks or platforms is an advantage.</span><br><span>• Ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI for automation, customer experience, and operational efficiency.</span><br><span>Stakeholder &amp;
