If you are creative, driven, and love being part of a buzzing recognised hairdressing company, we would love to hear from you!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">SCHEDULE:</span></p>\n<p>Full or Part time up to 40 hours a week, the salon is open 6 days a week (Mon – Sat)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">WHAT WE OFFER:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive commission structure.</li>\n<li>20 days holiday (not including bank holidays).</li>\n<li>Discounted retail products.</li>\n<li>Complimentary cut and colour services.</li>\n<li>Company pension scheme.</li>\n<li>Access to our globally renowned education programs at our London Academy.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a variety of hair services such as colours, styling, and treatments.</li>\n<li>Guide personalised consultations to ensure each client receives a bespoke TONI&amp;GUY experience.</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients by actively listening to their needs and preferences.</li>\n<li>Mentor and inspire junior stylists to provide guidance on techniques and trends.</li>\n<li>Support salon operations by maintaining equipment and ensuring functionality.</li>\n<li>Uphold the name of TONI&amp;GUY being an internationally recognised hairdressing industry with over 60 years of experience through actively promoting and maintaining its reputation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">YOUR REQUIREMENTS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring artistic vision to life through understanding clients’ preferences.</li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.</li>\n<li>A proactive attitude towards self-development and learning new skills.</li>\n<li>Proven experience as a colour technician in a busy salon environment.</li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years experience and preferably Wella trained.</li>\n</ul>",
