St. Luke’s is also a Magnet hospital for nursing excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Established team of both Family Medicine (5 physicians and 3 APPs) and Pediatrics (3 physicians)</li>\n <li>Established practice serving the Cedar Rapids community</li>\n <li>Opportunity to practice outpatient medicine in an established and well-known clinic</li>\n <li>Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences</li>\n <li>Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community</li>\n <li>Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access </li>\n <li>24/7 hospitalist program is responsible for adult and pediatric inpatients</li>\n <li>Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>No Nights or Weekends</li>\n <li>Shared call amongst the providers.
