We love to promote existing employees who demonstrate skills and work ethic of success! </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Set and schedule technician appointments for jobs</li>\n <li>Ensure service technicians are dispatched efficiently</li>\n <li>Answer customer calls within a busy office and enter customer data into the computer</li>\n <li>Resolve and assist customers by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education</li>\n <li>One or more years of experience as a dispatcher or in customer service</li>\n <li><strong>Availability to work a Wednesday through Sunday schedule</strong></li>\n <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone while directing technicians by radio and tracking devices</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments</li>\n <li>Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the local geographic territory</li>\n <li>Must pass background check and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are interested, in joining our team, please apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>*</em></strong><em>This posting provides details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
