At Mortgage Automation Technologies, we are customizing and streamlining the borrower mortgage experience, from simplified web-based portals to state-of-the-art digital kiosks.</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Encompass System Administrator</strong> will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass LOS. This is a mid-level role well-suited for a hands-on professional who is ready to take ownership of the platform, support our operations and compliance teams, and drive continuous improvement across our loan origination workflow.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Administer, configure, and maintain the Encompass LOS platform on an ongoing basis.</li>\n <li>Manage user accounts, roles, personas, and system access controls.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain business rules, input forms, loan templates, milestones, and workflows.</li>\n <li>Support and manage system integrations (credit vendors, pricing engines, doc management, AUS, etc.).</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; serve as internal escalation point for end-user support.</li>\n <li>Assist with system upgrades, patch management, regression testing, and release coordination.</li>\n <li>Partner with operations, compliance, and IT teams to align system configuration with business and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, change logs, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Provide end-user training and ongoing support to loan officers, processors, and support staff.</li>\n <li>Participate in and support post-merger system integration efforts as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum 2 years of hands-on Encompass LOS administration experience (required).</strong></li>\n <li>Solid working knowledge of the mortgage loan origination process end-to-end.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Encompass Smart Client and/or Encompass Web.</li>\n <li>Experience configuring business rules, custom fields, input forms, and pipeline views.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage user access, personas, and role-based permissions.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass certification.</li>\n <li>Experience with Encompass APIs, SDK, or reporting tools.</li>\n <li>Background in mortgage compliance or regulatory requirements (TRID, RESPA, HMDA).</li>\n <li>Experience supporting system integrations in a post-merger environment.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Paylocity, CompenSafe, or other mortgage operational platforms a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Base salary:</strong> $75,000 – $125,000 based on experience and qualifications.</li>\n <li><strong>Job type:</strong> Full-time, Hybrid</li>\n <li>Health, dental, and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401(k) with employer contribution.</li>\n <li>Paid time off and company holidays.</li>\n <li>Professional development and continuing education support.</li>\n <li>Collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#IND1</p>",
