In addition to fulfilling the duties of a respiratory therapist as outlined in the job description, the respiratory team leader will perform a variety of daily tasks, including but not limited to: Flex staffing to workload, meeting the needs of the department and demands of patient care, organize and distribute workload, prepare reports and documentation utilized during downtime procedure, serve as a resource to staff, physicians, nursing and other allied health staff.</p>",
