Organizes, plans, and prioritizes work while proactively identifying issues and driving them to resolution.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span>The incumbent may be asked to perform additional function-related activities as reasonably required by business needs.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Direct the daily activities of material handlers, receiving clerks, and warehouse personnel.</span></p>\n<p><span>Ensure a high level of inventory accuracy; review inventory transactions to maintain data integrity.</span></p>\n<p><span>Conduct daily cycle counts, publish results, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.</span></p>\n<p><span>Maintain inventory location accuracy and ensure transaction data integrity.</span></p>\n<p><span>Coordinate material flow, including shortage resolution, to support the Master Production Schedule and other demands in a timely manner.</span></p>\n<p><span>Ensure materials for Field Service demands are picked and delivered promptly.</span></p>\n<p><span>Review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and take appropriate action to maintain product configuration control and inventory integrity.</span></p>\n<p><span>Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.</span></p>\n<p><span>Implement and enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and consignment inventory processes.</span></p>\n<p><span>Ensure inventory control compliance, including cycle counts and SOX requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span>Lead, coach, and develop team members through mentoring and performance management.</span></p>\n<p><span>Provide continuous feedback and foster a culture of ongoing improvement.</span></p>\n<p><span>Conduct performance evaluations through goal setting and formal review processes.</span></p>\n<p><span>Maintain high levels of customer service across the department.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Planning &amp; Cross-Functional Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Lead long-term planning activities and align resources to support production plans across a 0–24 month horizon for multiple product platforms.</span></p>\n<p><span>Manage communication between production sites and corporate functions (Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain) regarding production planning and demand changes.</span></p>\n<p><span>Monitor and manage ERP system processes related to production and demand planning.</span></p>\n<p><span>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and production control systems.</span></p>\n<p><span>Assess the impact of demand fluctuations on production plans and capacity.</span></p>\n<p><span>Evaluate the financial impact of demand changes in collaboration with the Finance team.</span></p>\n<p><span>Maintain clear and efficient communication channels with corporate Marketing and Supply Chain teams to support decision-making.</span></p>\n<p><span>Support and lead high-impact projects, including ERP implementations and supply chain software initiatives.</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Equal Opportunity Employer Statement</span></p>\n<p><span>Hologic is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
