As the Resident Services Associate, your primary duties are recording and resolving resident issues, assisting residents in maintaining lease compliance, issuing lease violations, and maintaining a method for tracking resident complaints and compliments. <strong><em>Apply now! </em></strong></p><p class=\"jobheadings\">Requirements</p><ul class=\"joblist\"><li>At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.</li><li>Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.</li></ul><p class=\"jobheadings\">Responsibilities</p><ul class=\"joblist\"><li>Maintains a positive customer service attitude.</li><li>Resolves resident complaints and disputes including, but not limited to community policies, lease violations, renewal increases, rent payments and lease contracts.</li><li>Assists residents in maintaining current renters' insurance.</li><li>Contacts residents following issuance of a lease or community violation charge to explain the violation to the resident in achieving compliance.</li></ul><p class=\"jobheadings\">We offer a competitive salary, good benefits, and an energetic environment.
