Join DCI today to build relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in our comfortable clinical setting with a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Dialysis Nurse Manager</strong> is responsible for dialysis facility management and nursing personnel supervision to ensure safe, efficient dialysis treatments for all DCI patients.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Pay range from $30-$50 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Nurse manager and leadership training program for new and experienced managers</li>\n <li>Comprehensive medical, dental and vision benefits</li>\n <li>Life and long-term disability insurance provided at no additional expense to employee</li>\n <li>Paid time off (PTO) including holidays</li>\n <li>Extended Sick Bank (ESB) in addition to PTO – paid time for doctor appointments, sickness or medical leave</li>\n <li>Retirement plans with $.50 of each contributed dollar matched for eligible employees, up to 8 percent</li>\n <li>Education reimbursement</li>\n <li>Employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Wellness program</li>\n <li>Among others</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Can Expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed</li>\n <li>Ensure all hemodialysis treatments in the dialysis facility follow DCI policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Develop and implement standards of care, providing patient care in accordance with ESRD Network, regulatory agencies, DCI’s Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and the individual clinic’s requirements</li>\n <li>Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff alongside nurse educator</li>\n <li>Coordinate DCI, QAPI and risk management program implementation with the quality and risk manager</li>\n <li>Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses and equipment technicians</li>\n <li>Integrate unit activities as they relate to patient care, staff education, research projects and unit expansions with clinic operations director and medical director</li>\n <li>Manage nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff supervision with medical director</li>\n <li>Fulfill supervisory responsibilities in accordance to DCI's policies and procedures and applicable laws</li>\n <li>Work closely with area operations director on identifying operational efficiencies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Successful Candidates Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrated clinical excellence</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize</li>\n <li>Desire to collaborate with care teams</li>\n <li>Ability to problem solve</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Training:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN)</li>\n <li>Six months’ dialysis experience required, one year dialysis experience preferred</li>\n <li>One year clinical nursing experience required</li>\n <li>Supervisory experience preferred</li>\n <li>Current WY Registered Nurse license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>DCI’s Differentiator:</strong>Since opening the first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tenn., our Dialysis Clinic, Inc. family has grown to be the nation’s largest nonprofit dialysis provider with more than 270 locations in 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients each day.
