You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to deliver solutions that directly improve lives and accelerate our mission.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Deliver Impact</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>Safely operate and maintain assigned delivery vehicles.</li>\n<li>Plan optimal delivery routes to ensure on-time distribution.</li>\n<li>Load/unload bags and premix securely and accurately.</li>\n<li>Verify shipment documentation and obtain proof of delivery.</li>\n<li>Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and organizational SOPs.</li>\n<li>Manage fuel consumption and maintain delivery logs.</li>\n<li>Report delays, incidents, or inventory discrepancies immediately. </li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Are Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li>2+ years professional driving/delivery experience.</li>\n<li>Experience in logistics, FMCG, or NGO supply chains preferred.</li>\n<li>Valid Tanzanian Class A, D and E driving license (clean record).</li>\n<li>O-Level Certificate (Form IV).</li>\n<li>Vocational training in driving/automotive mechanics or defensive driving certification is an asset.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in defensive driving and urban/rural navigation.</li>\n<li>Physical ability to lift/move 25kg+ packages.</li>\n<li>Basic vehicle maintenance skills (tire changes, fluid checks).</li>\n<li>Strong time-management and communication skills (English/Swahili).</li>\n<li>Integrity and reliability in handling sensitive inventory.</li>\n</ol>",
