Your primary focus will be to support patients with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. You will work closely with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly. Effective communication skills are essential for interacting with patients who may have diverse needs and for collaborating with the healthcare team to relay critical information.
