    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION SUMMARY</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #2f3639; font-size: 15px\">A Foreman will oversee and lead one specific concrete project at a time and manage a crew of 3-10 field employees.  The Foreman must always ensure a safe and efficient workplace. This position is responsible for the coordination of tasks for their employees according to current project needs, produce schedules for team members, and supervise the use of machinery.  As the liaison between employees and Job Superintendent, the Foreman will be the key person in charge of overseeing the completion of the project with a keen awareness of material expenses and employee safety.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span><span>Coordinate with Field Superintendent and/or Project Manager to schedule job tasks and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Coordinate daily tasks and schedules according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Continually provide updates to the Job Site Superintendent and Canyon Management on project status and communicate any needs at the job site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must review and comprehend project scope of work, submittals, and continually review all drawings including all RFIs/ASIs and shop drawings, i.e; Rebar, Elevator and Embeds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Required to write and submit at the jobsite a Daily Report summarizing the day’s activities.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Responsible to place concrete and material orders through Canyon website for assigned job as necessary.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and present a two week look ahead for the project at the weekly internal scheduling meeting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Required to hold weekly safety toolbox talks with emphasis on worksite safety and safe use of tools, machinery, and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ensure that daily huddles are held each day to include stretch and flex, hazard analysis, and the daily work assignments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Develop and oversee quality standards on the job site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Resolve problems with projects, materials, and employees as they arise.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on-site quickly and amicably.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Build and develop trusting relationships with current customers and seek to identify opportunities to grow our customer base and build positive relationships.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Performs other related duties as </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px\"> </span><span>5+ years' experience in the concrete construction industry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prior experience managing 5 or more employees on a job site.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints and convey this information to others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent written and oral communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Excellent organizational and leadership skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Strong problem-solving abilities.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: #202124;
