    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CNC 3 Axis Machinist </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer/Operator to support our machining and manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical expertise in programming and operating CNC machinery to build tools using 3D models within a precision-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Machining Leader, the CNC Programmer/Operator plays a key role in ensuring first-time quality while meeting established time allowances for assigned jobs. This position focuses on delivering accurate, efficient machining solutions while collaborating closely with engineering and production teams to align execution with project requirements. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Import, manipulate, and process 3D models.</li>\n<li>Machine steel with close attention to health and safety requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Use tools and machinery provided; program, setup and operate the CNC machine using MasterCam, 3-AXIS.</li>\n<li>Machine mold plates, components, cores and cavities; holding tolerances as tight as less than 0.0005.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments/probe to ensure first time quality.</li>\n<li>Complete checklists and report deviations from specified tolerances.</li>\n<li>Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs using provided paper and/or electronic logs.</li>\n<li>Utilize Lemoine pulse machine monitoring system.</li>\n<li>Utilize FCS toe clamping and chucks for setup and fixturing.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the repair of machine tools and parts, as needed;</li>\n<li>Maintain safe operations by keeping work area clean and organized and by adhering to safety procedures and regulations;</li>\n<li>Maintain the equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions, initiating repair work orders, etc.;</li>\n<li>Participate in required meetings and training, as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) years of related experience operating CNC.</li>\n<li>Three (3) years’ experience programming CNC machines (3-AXIS, MasterCam software is an asset).</li>\n<li>Ability to operate multiple machines at a time and work in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform under pressure and work independently.</li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as required.</li>\n<li>Ability to ensure quality standards are met.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in time management and communication skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation</li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits</li>\n<li>Performance-based rewards and recognition</li>\n<li>Supportive and inclusive work environment</li>\n<li>Career growth and development opportunities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Corporate Profile </span></p>\n<p>SyBridge Technologies is at the forefront of technology-enabled design, prototyping, and manufacturing solutions for complex, high-precision parts.
