If this sounds interesting, we have a 2nd Shift Electro Mechanical Technician for you!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Standard Work Hours:</strong></p>\n<p>3rd Shift M-Th 8pm-6am</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Compensation</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Hourly Rate:</strong> $36.80 to $41.03, commensurate with experience and qualifications</li>\n <li><strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> $5,000 upon successful hiring</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This competitive compensation package reflects the importance and responsibility of this position within our organization</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment. </li>\n <li>Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. </li>\n <li>Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. </li>\n <li>Must have knowledge of electrical power, and water distribution systems. </li>\n <li>Must perform basic mechanical repairs.</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform the work of the lower-class identifications. </li>\n <li>May direct the work of others in the lower classifications. </li>\n <li>Must dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures. </li>\n <li>Must install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement. </li>\n <li>Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions. </li>\n <li>Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.</li>\n <li>Must mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.</li>\n <li>Do repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments.</li>\n <li>Perform a variety of work as directed by the Group Leader.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two-year Associate degree and 2-4 years work experience required.</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our jobs require:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits as an Alliance employee include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing work environment!</li>\n <li>Annual social events throughout the year for all employees</li>\n <li>Paid vacation in your first year</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Annual Perfect Attendance Awards</li>\n <li>Safety Recognition Program</li>\n <li>Medical Plan with company paid Health Reimbursement Account</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>401k Plan</li>\n <li>11 Company Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Company paid Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance with option to purchase additional</li>\n <li>Company paid Long Term Disability (LTD)</li>\n <li>Annual wage increases </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO</h2>We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
