This role provides a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for future role in sales and/or management.</p><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION &amp; SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a desire to work in Outside Sales&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree<strong>&nbsp;preferred&nbsp;</strong>or equivalent experience&nbsp;</li><li>Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time</li><li>Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Assists Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt. with the coordinating of all rental equipment (and rental equipment accessories) inventory, deliveries, and pickups</li><li>Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met, exceeded, and good will is maintained for future business</li><li>Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents</li><li>Dispatches service calls for delivery, equipment pick up, parts and maintenance&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors accounts receivable reports</li><li>Creates and monitors rental contracts and delivery tickets</li><li>Continuous growth in knowledge of Company products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities</li><li>Performs other tasks and duties as assigned by Management</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;text-align:center;'>4-Horn Trench &amp; Shoring is an Equal Opportunity company.&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
