    "description": "<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and support the technical platform to ensure good availability, performance, and security.</li>\n<li>Perform regular network, system, and database management functions such as resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, and security administration.</li>\n<li>Provide friendly and helpful 1st and 2nd level user support, keeping IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status and escalating when necessary.</li>\n<li>Resolve hardware and software issues.</li>\n<li>Provide technical support for O365,VMware, Linux, etc.</li>\n<li>Update job status promptly in ticketing and activity tracking systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology.</li>\n<li>3-5 years of IT support experience for Financial Services / Professional Firm/ MNC , etc.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin</li>\n<li>Have programming experience or understand programing language is a plus</li>\n<li>Dynamic Working Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Working Hours:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5-day work shift arrangement from Monday to Sunday\n<ul>\n<li>9 AM to 9 PM WFH on Saturday and Sunday</li>\n<li>9 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>",
