font-size: 12pt\">Review RFP, proposal, estimate, schedule and all contract documents to become familiar with project requirements and obligations under customer contracts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSP) with the Risk Department for submittal to customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Coordinate the scheduling of subcontractors, manpower, tools, equipment, and material deliveries and purchase materials, services, and subcontracts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Establish, maintain, and communicate construction schedules for assigned projects and assure milestones are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Arrange and facilitate preconstruction meetings, project execution meetings, project walk-downs with customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and build rapport with field crews and leadership</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project costs and monitor subcontractor and vendor performance; submit weekly financial reports</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with partnering Project Accountant to monitor financial process of projects, including change orders, projected cost at completion, revenue, and projected gross profit</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Who We’re Looking For</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical construction project management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in MS Office applications with strong skills in Excel, Word, MS Project, and Copilot.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Local to York, Pennsylvania (preferable) but with regular travel to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites and yard locations for offsite meetings (flexibility to work from home when appropriate).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
