A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA State consecutively the last three years. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must comply with agency policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must be able to enter information into computer network system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, including during inclement weather.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the human resources office.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">WHAT YOU'LL DO:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Responsible for face to face and phone crisis intervention, stabilization and resolution services for individuals or families experiencing acute emotional distress or loss of behavioral control, at the individual’s location at home or in the community.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Responsible for providing services to individuals experiencing acute symptoms of mental illness which present risk of harm to self or others for the purpose of appropriate referral to the DCR.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Maintain knowledge of Lewis County community resources in order to refer individuals and/or families to resources that may resolve crisis. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Communicate follow up actions needed with on-coming crisis team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide follow-up contact to individuals, families and agencies involved in crisis stabilization and resolution responses.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in facilitation of voluntary hospitalization for clinically appropriate individuals and coordinate with DCR to carry out involuntary placement as a collateral provider.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provides consultation, education and liaison with law enforcement, school, health personnel and other appropriate collateral agencies and groups.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain knowledge of Lewis County community resources in order to refer individuals and/or families to resources that may resolve crisis. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT US:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cascade is an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Meaningful work.
