On occasion there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>We are currently hiring a Nurse Practitioner for our new infusion center located in Augusta, GA.</strong> This position is responsible for providing comprehensive care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with acute and chronic health needs in an outpatient setting. We welcome Nurse Practitioners from all medical backgrounds with a positive attitude, preferably outstanding IV skills, and an active license in the states of practice.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Provides patient and family centered IV infusion care.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all members of the healthcare team.&nbsp;</li><li>Incorporates the patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings.&nbsp;</li><li>Serves as an advocate for patients and families in navigating the health care system.</li><li>Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, health professionals, health related agencies, patients and families.
