font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Summary Description:&nbsp;</strong>The Apartment Counselor is responsible for providing support, restorative services, and skill training to adults recovering from mental illness who live in community-based scattered site treatment apartments. &nbsp;Apartment Counselors work independently under the direction and supervision of the Program Supervisor. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Provide support, restorative services, and skills training to culturally diverse adults recovering from mental illness in community-based scattered site treatment apartments.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Develop service plans</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Counsel residents in the development of the necessary skills required for decision making</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Symptom management</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Complete all required documentation in a timely manner. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Daily Living Skills Improvement--Documented growth in client independence in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living).</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Medication Adherence Monitoring--Frequency and accuracy of support provided to ensure medication routines are followed.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Visit Compliance Rate--Percentage of scheduled home visits completed per week/month.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Documentation Timeliness--Progress notes and service documentation submitted within 24&ndash;48 hours of service delivery.</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Client Satisfaction Ratings--Scores from periodic client satisfaction surveys related to counselor support and program quality.</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><strong>Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">HS diploma; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience working with adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-family: georgia, serif; font-size: 14px;
