Services Specialists are experienced agents that assist with providing networking and computer related support services to SMB and enterprise customers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These services include pre/post-sales support, wired/wireless network design and support, Microsoft systems and server installation and support, consulting and onsite/remote management in the general business, hospitality and public venue environments. This is a direct customer facing position and requires outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing remote and onsite customer support for Microsoft virtual environments, Cloud backups and other MSP related services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Designing and installing LAN’s and Windows based domains</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Providing pre-sales support; primarily participating in sales calls to assist in the technical aspects of the sale and ensuring that the customer’s technical requirements are met</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Wired and wireless network design, support and installation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Microsoft Systems and service installation and support</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Interfacing with our customers other hardware and software vendors to identify and resolve problems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performing basic project management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Associate degree in related field combined with 3 years minimum industry experience and certifications or 5+ years’ minimum experience supporting SMB, enterprise data and communications environments </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Current MCSE and Cisco Certifications preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Established residency in Pennsylvania</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">VMWare or Hyper-V Experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience with the design and implementation of clustered server environments, virtual environments and management of MS Cloud services</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Extensive experience with Active directory as well as hosted and on premise applications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience supporting L2/L3 networks in SMB and enterprise environments</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of wireless system design and support up to and including 802.11AC standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">General knowledge of the full range of products and capabilities typically found in an SMB environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Expertise and practical experience with Microsoft server products, clustered Hyper-V environments, VMware and vSAN technologies recommended</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hyper-V</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">DFS</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Active Directory</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Exchange/O365</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">VMWare, Vsphere and vSAN</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with backup and imaging technologies recommended</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Threattrack Vipre business antivirus recommended</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
