Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to provide insights and recommendations that enhance financial performance and efficiency. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Review and analyze project cost control records to provide technical guidance and project controls support.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage cost control, change management, and budgeting processes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Track incurred costs, analyze budgets and commitments, and report variances.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor job cost reports against key performance indicators (KPIs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Calculate Estimate at Completion (EAC) per client methodology.</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform cost forecasting, cash flow analysis, and monitor contingency drawdown.</p></li>\n <li><p>Track project changes and report on status.</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee cost control reporting, reconcile project cost data, and manage unsecured revenue, contingencies, and over/under billing.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support project closeout by validating final revenue before billing submission.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance/accounting or business required.  </li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in cost and change control, including a minimum of 5 years leading the function on a major heavy civil construction / transportation infrastructure project</li>\n <li>Experience in complex cost and change control reporting, including EAC, EVM, cost variance analysis, change management, and forecasting. </li>\n <li>Able to identify cost reduction strategies in schedule, quantities or contract specifications that align with project budget and design specification requirements.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of accounting principles, including construction accounting, required.  </li>\n <li>Knowledge of construction contract agreements and change order processes required.  </li>\n <li>Proven leadership and influential skills.
