We are looking for a Marketing Liaison for our Boise location!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Works with all possible referral sources to educate them on the pharmacy.</li><li>Works with pharmacy staff to encourage and ensure that a team approach to marketing is used.</li><li>Responsible for the implementation of market business development initiatives that support the achievement of growth objectives and strategies of the pharmacy program.</li><li>Responsible for establishing regional referral relationships and partnership opportunities with major regional referral sources.</li><li>Adds creative ideas to continue to develop a cutting-edge marketing plan.</li><li>Must be flexible to accommodate schedule changes.</li><li>May require travel up to 90% of the time.</li><li>May also require work after normal business hours to accommodate referrals and client needs.</li><li>Completes reports: weekly on marketing activities, monthly summaries of marketing activities, and annually for company report on growth, stability, changes, etc. in assigned marketing program (the director is responsible for the overall company profile).</li><li>Works with referral sources to ensure a smooth transition of pharmacy accounts:<ol><li>Contracts</li><li>Completes T&amp;R and makes updates in a timely manner.</li></ol></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>A marketer with Pharmacy, referred experience as Director of Marketing or Willingness to travel, overnight if required.</li><li>Three to five years in admissions, marketing, managed care, network development, general management, or related field.</li><li>Preferred Pharmacy or other related health care experience.</li><li>Excellent presentation skills, interpersonal skills, phone skills.</li><li>Organizational skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Our Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Generous Paid Time-Off plan</li><li>Highly competitive compensation rates.</li><li>Health, Dental &amp; Vision insurance as well as Life, AD&amp;D, and Short-term Disability options.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity</strong></p><p>We are an equal opportunity employer. &nbsp;Our policy prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type and affords equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Compensation is dependent on experience.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
