Service engineer interacts with third party service agents and customers both on site and remotely, working in a hands on field service environment with a strong commitment to customer service. Participates in development of the service organization as a key trainer to other service agents, advocates for the customer within the organization and provides feedback from the field and from customers to improve the products and processes and also support the sale and delivery of service parts offering.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[On-site Pump After-Sales Service Execution]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead on-site pump after-sales service activities for customers in assigned regions.</li>\n<li>Provide on-site support including installation instruction, commissioning, and repair for pumps.</li>\n<li>Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Stakeholder Training &amp; Vendor Collaboration]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support customer satisfaction management and after-sales collaboration.</li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional teams to create and monitor customer service improvement plans for pump after-sales.</li>\n<li>Coordinate changes to customer service processes based on feedback and business needs.</li>\n<li>Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.</li>\n<li>Contact parts venders on after service issues, such as motor, VFD drive.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">[Data Management &amp; Team Support]</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support data management and team coordination in after-sales service.</li>\n<li>Work with the supervisor to create and monitor failure analysis and parts management plans for pumps.</li>\n<li>Coordinate changes to service information records in line with company standards.</li>\n<li>Participate in the qualification of third part service representatives.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database.</li>\n<li>Assist supervisor to summarize pump failures, parts management.</li>\n<li>Complete others assigned by after service supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years working experience preferably in HVAC/Pumps/Mechanical industry.</li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in service role.</li>\n<li>Able to work independently, complete maintenance, repair work at job site.</li>\n<li>Has solid ability to read and understand electrical drawing, automation control drawing and low voltage electrical equipment.</li>\n<li>Has solid ability to operate, setting and commissioning VFD drive.</li>\n<li>Has solving ability per failures at job site, especially on pump equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid ability on Excel, Word, Office software.</li>\n<li>Has foreign investment company working experience.</li>\n<li>Strong language communication skills, both written and oral.</li>\n<li>It is desirable to speak and write English in addition to Mandarin.</li>\n<li>Able to travel more than 50% of the time in China.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>The capability to simplify complex problems, conduct root cause analysis, and provide clear, well-thought-out recommendations.</li>\n<li>Team-oriented leadership skills with a proactive approach.</li>\n<li>An ability to communicate openly and authentically in all situations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</span></p>\n<p>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
