          "text": "<ul><li>Ability to push, pull, and maneuver tools, equipment, and materials weighing over 100 lbs.</li><li>Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs at shoulder height and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Ability to work on both smooth and uneven terrain in varying weather conditions, including snow, ice, and rain.</li><li>Comfortable working on ladders and elevated surfaces up to 15 feet.</li><li>Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to make safe, independent decisions aligned with job responsibilities, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with team members and guests.</li><li>Working knowledge of the safe operation of landscaping equipment, tools, and vehicles.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks, remain organized, and follow through despite frequent interruptions or changing demands.</li><li>Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Maintains a professional, guest-focused approach with a positive and proactive attitude, while upholding confidentiality standards.</li><li>Familiarity with a wide range of basic hand tools and groundskeeping equipment.</li><li>Adaptable and resourceful in responding to changing needs and challenges.</li><li>Flexible and reliable, with availability to support property operations including opening/closing duties, weekends, and holidays.</li></ul><p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of two years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.</li><li>Experience operating landscaping machinery and equipment.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent required.</li><li>OSHA General Industry certification preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Work is performed in a physically demanding, fast-paced outdoor environment with changing priorities.</li><li>Requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting.</li><li>Frequent collaboration with team members and other departments across the property.</li><li>Schedule typically includes long hours, with regular weekend and holiday work required.</li><li>Occasional shifts may fall outside regular hours to support emergencies or operational needs.</li></ul>",
