With <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">more than 5 years</span> of agency experience, you’re proficient in ideating creative concepts, presenting ideas to clients, operating a phone camera, and editing to enhance stories.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You know how to hook viewers and keep them engaged, drawing inspiration from creators like MrBeast, who consistently goes viral, Jacquemus with their aesthetic Instagram carousels, Kai Cenat’s ability to hold attention for hours, and Kinigra Deon, who creates Netflix-quality episodes with her siblings.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will inspire our Juniors and interns by staying deeply connected to social content and culture and understanding how content and creativity resonate within various communities, and keeping up with the latest trends, challenges, and features.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Dutch language skills are mandatory.
