Collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to solve complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Apply now and transform your career with us. </p>\n<h2>What you will be doing</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Installs, diagnoses, repairs, maintains, troubleshoots, and upgrades all PC hardware/software and related equipment, including occasional troubleshooting of network components such as routers, firewalls, switches, servers, access control systems, wireless access points, UPSs, printers, multifunctional devices, and phone systems. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Interfaces with regional IT management on projects, remote jobsite setups and teardowns, and resolves outstanding issues. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Responds to ITSM-based tickets, performing on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommends and implements corrective solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Installs, configures, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots user workstations, mobile devices (phones, tablets, etc.), and related hardware/software to meet required service levels. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with system engineers to ensure efficient operations of the company’s desktop computing environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains an inventory of technology equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates and liaises with LECs, ISPs, and cabling contractors. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in developing technical and procedural documentation as needed. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as a business liaison to communicate business needs to IT management. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What we are looking for</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. </li>\n <li>Related experience preferred. </li>\n <li>Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), A+ Certification, Network+ Certification preferred. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, current technology protocols and procedures, and networking concepts/principles. </li>\n <li>Problem solving and critical thinking skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why work for us</h2>\n<p>Some of the benefits you may be eligible for as an employee are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive compensation package and paid time off program</li>\n <li>Industry leading 401(k)/RRSP</li>\n <li>Medical/Extended Health Care, Dental, Vision and/or Provincial Medical</li>\n <li>Wellness benefits & Employee Assistance Program</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are an EEO/ADA/Veterans employer.</p>\n<h2>Salary Min</h2>USD $70,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Salary Max</h2>USD $80,000.00/Yr.",
