This includes replacing supplies, wiping counters, mopping up excess water, cleaning sinks, toilets and entirety of restrooms. The expectation is the janitor does more than clean and maintain restrooms but also walk throughout the park changing all trash receptacles and removing all trash from grounds to trash compactor. Expectations are to be aware of all activities at the park and report any intoxicated guests or suspicious activities to management. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Sets up, stocks, and maintains work area.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors and maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and guest areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Responds to clean-ups in park.&nbsp;</li><li>Walks property picking up trash and transports to compactor throughout shift.&nbsp;</li><li>Park maintenance. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assists guest areas when needed to ensure optimum service to guests&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in event set-up as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes final cleaning of restrooms at close, by cleaning the restrooms, and returning equipment to its proper location.&nbsp;</li><li>Completes closing duties, including removing all trash from receptacles, transports all park trash to compactors.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities&nbsp;</li><li>Highly responsible &amp; reliable&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work cohesively as part of a team&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times&nbsp;</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><p>401(k), Dental insurance, Employee discount, Health insurance, Health savings account, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Referral program, Retirement plan, Vision insurance</p>",
