Support module adaptation and industrialization, ensuring compatibility with regional<br>\nmanufacturing processes,tooling, and supplier capabilities.<br>\nEngineering Change Management &amp; Implementation. Execute engineering changes (ECR/ECN),coordinating with<br>\ndesign, manufacturing,quality, purchasing, and suppliers. Assess impacts on form, fit, function, cost, and process<br>\ncapability; ensure proper validation,qualification, and PPAP compliance.<br>\nSupport production trials, validation testing,and implementation readiness across regional operations.<br>\nCosting, Quotation &amp; Customer Support Provide engineering input for quotations, including materials,processes,<br>\nequipment, and labor assumptions. Perform technical cost analysis and support competitive manufacturing<br>\nstrategies.<br>\nSupport customer discussions by explaining technical feasibility, manufacturing constraints, and application solutions.<br>\nSupplier &amp; Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with purchasing and supplier quality teams to evaluate and<br>\napprove suppliers based on technical and process requirements.<br>\nProduct Lifecycle Management Support product lifecycle activities including ramp-up, localization, production<br>\ntransfers,and end-of-life management.<br>\nMaintain engineering risk assessments, action plans,and validation strategies throughout the lifecycle.</p>",
