Now, to truly thrive in this role and grow with us for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:<br><br><ul style=\"margin-top:0in;\"><li>You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>You have basic to intermediate hands-on experience with Power BI, including data modelling, DAX fundamentals, and dashboard design.</li><li>You are comfortable working with enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms, with SAP experience being a strong plus.</li><li>You bring solid Excel skills - pivot tables, formulas, and data validation are second nature to you.</li><li>You have a good understanding of database fundamentals (tables, keys, joins) and a logical, detail-oriented mindset.</li><li>You communicate confidently in English (C1 level); German at C1 level is a strong advantage for day-to-day collaboration in our Munich office.</li><li>Bonus points if you have exposure to SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, basic SQL, or experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations reporting.</li></ul>"
