    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Atlantic Mobile Health Dispatcher II is an integral part of the Emergency Medical Services Department supporting Transport, MAV &amp; Critical Care Operations.</p>\n<p><br>\n The dispatcher is responsible for assignment of the most appropriate resource to meet the patient and customer’s needs while assuring the safe completion of the transport through superior communication and customer service skills.</p>\n<p><br>\n The dispatcher will utilize multiple phone lines, six computer screens and wall monitors containing information ranging from Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, telecommunications equipment, mapping software, vehicle tracking software, weather and traffic information to assure the safety of medical crews. Coordination with other EMS teams and Communications Center in the region to assure safe operations and collaboration and the necessary logistical support for the mission.</p>\n<p><br>\n The ideal candidate is committed to safety, detail oriented and one who can function well in a fast paced, dynamic environment where finding solutions to complex logistical challenges is a must.
