The student population worked with varies in needs based on individual student, i.e., high anxiety, low motivation, social skills deficits and many other areas that can affect a student's academic performance.</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</span></span><br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Teaching a small group of students and individuals inside and outside of the classroom</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Preparing and executing lessons to complete learning objectives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assessing the students’ work done in class</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Developing, adapting, and implementing education plans (IEPS) and teaching methods that are suitable for each student</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Using special tools and equipment provided to stimulate an interesting and engaging learning environment, as well as supporting students emotional needs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Coordinating with administration to create individualized learning plans for the student</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Quarterly updating parents/home districts on their students’ progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Tracking the academic/behavioral goal performance of students for signs of progress</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Working with student one-on-one when they need extra help or attention</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Establishing and enforcing rules of behavior for students in the classroom</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Establishing and communicating clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Adapting teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of each student</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain working relationship with Instructional Assistant in classroom to complete daily behavior sheet and provide daily communication to parent/guardian</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Perform other duties as assigned</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
