Description
The National Sales Manager is a key member of the management team. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the Independents channel. Directs and coaches a sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and sales growth in line with the business plan. Establish, implement, and report strategies and KPI’s to strategically expand customer base and programs for Dealers, Distributors, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers. Support the development of the brand in achieving the goals of the organization.
