    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Job Description</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a part time to full time <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Floater / Classroom Specialist</span> who loves working with children, enjoys variety, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. This role supports classrooms across the center, stepping in where needed to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality care. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every classroom.</p>\n<p>Candidates must be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">16 years of age or older</span> and hold <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">current CPR/First Aid certification</span> (or be willing to obtain it).</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support classrooms as needed, including covering breaks, absences, and transitions</li>\n<li>Assist with diapering and toilet training as required</li>\n<li>Engage children through age-appropriate educational play, storytelling, and activities</li>\n<li>Observe children and support the development of social skills and self-esteem</li>\n<li>Encourage positive peer interactions and assist with resolving occasional conflicts</li>\n<li>Help implement classroom curriculum and activities (shapes, numbers, colors, crafts, etc.)</li>\n<li>Supervise children during play, nap, and snack times to ensure safety</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment in accordance with health and safety standards</li>\n<li>Collaborate with teachers and leadership to support daily classroom needs</li>\n<li>Communicate professionally with staff and families when appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No experience required — training provided</span></li>\n<li>Understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices</li>\n<li>Familiarity with classroom safety and sanitation guidelines</li>\n<li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li>\n<li>Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in multiple classrooms</li>\n<li>Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure</li>\n<li>A balance of creativity and practical problem-solving</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid certification (required within 30 days of hire)</li>\n<li>Ability to complete all state licensing requirements and required trainings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Compensation, Benefits &amp; Growth Opportunities</span></p>\n<p>Base pay is determined by education and experience.
