Evaluation is contingent upon completion of these items prior to Independent Contractor evaluation<br><br></li></ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">REQUIREMENTS:</span></strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Minimum of 3 years of ICU/ED/Trauma experience within the last 5 years.</span></li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Previous flight experience preferred.
