This role includes direct communication with property owners, coordinating with tree crews, and assisting the General Foreperson with various administrative and operational tasks. The Work Planner will play a key role in resolving customer concerns, improving satisfaction, and ensuring clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Check and interpret parcel information to plan and execute vegetation management tasks.</li><li>Coordinate with homeowners to explain work to be performed on their property, addressing questions and concerns.</li><li>Arrange in-person meetings to discuss timelines and specific work details.</li><li>Record and update notes based on customer input, ensuring all concerns are documented.</li><li>Flag work areas as needed to enhance tree crew efficiency.</li><li>Assist the General Foreperson with crew paperwork, documentation, and miscellaneous tasks as requested.</li><li>Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of issues.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum of 6 months of experience in vegetation management.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and build relationships.</li><li>Proficient verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Experience working with integrated data collection software/hardware.</li><li>Self-motivated, organized, and production-oriented.</li><li>Ability to work independently while managing a geographical area for vegetation management activities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders, utility customers, and line clearance vendors.</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Certifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>Valid DOT Medical Card (Form MCSA-5876).</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Familiarity with vegetation management industry standards and practices.</li><li>Previous experience coordinating field operations or supervising crews.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Work Conditions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ability to work in varied terrain and inclement weather conditions.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Become a part of a team that values growth, safety, and excellence in every task.
