    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary of Job:</strong> To coordinate the design, construction and installation of all technical aspects of live entertainment parades.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Work as a member of the area as needed.</p>\n<p>· Demonstrate the ability communicate well, think quickly in pressure situations, and motivate a work crew.</p>\n<p>· Have a full understanding of the job responsibilities for all the positions under their direct supervision.</p>\n<p>· Develop and maintain work schedules for all staff in assigned area.</p>\n<p>· Work within other department venues and units as the need arises.</p>\n<p>· Develop procedures to make the area run properly and efficiently.</p>\n<p>· Create and develop procedures for upcoming projects and parades to run smoothly and efficiently.</p>\n<p>· Work with our Maintenance Department to ensure all floats and parade vehicles have been inspected and cleared to use daily.</p>\n<p>· Execute approved design ideas as approved by the Entertainment Production Team.</p>\n<p>· Maintain a guest first mentality ensuring all parades start on time.</p>\n<p>· Work as a resource for the team.</p>\n<p>· Navigate in, on, or around scenic elements associated with specific production in potentially dark and restrictive spaces.</p>\n<p>· Hold regular crew meetings to deliver park/department information and/or comments from Department Management</p>\n<p>· Monitor the performance of your team members.</p>\n<p>· Provide coaching, counseling and disciplinary/commendable action as needed to maintain and improve the performance of the crew.</p>\n<p>· Complete all departmental and park related paperwork.</p>\n<p>· Ensure all shows elements stay well maintained and are executed safely.</p>\n<p>· Adhere to and enforce all park policies and procedures as outlined in your Seasonal Handbook and the Department Standard Operating Procedure Manual.</p>\n<p>· Immediately reports any unsafe acts to the Managerial Supervisor.</p>\n<p>· Train new personnel as needed.</p>\n<p>· Complete all projects as asked by Managerial Supervisor.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>· Minimum Age: 18</p>\n<p>· Shifts are dependent upon Department needs</p>\n<p>· Must have a valid Driver’s License</p>\n<p>· Must be able to stand/walk for the length of the shift</p>\n<p>· Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions</p>\n<p>· Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude</p>\n<p>· Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others</p>",
