We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.&nbsp; We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, the&nbsp;HVAC Technician is responsible for the following:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Safely and effectively perform preventive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, both heating and cooling, motors and controls, instrumentation and refrigeration</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and callouts</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Minimum of (5) years of experience with HVAC systems is&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot electrical circuits is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, follow instructions, and provide feedback is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Some experience with PLC controls, troubleshooting and programming, as well as experience with variable frequency drives is&nbsp;<strong>preferred&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Instrumentation experience is&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">HVAC system certified is&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of this job is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Capable and willing to work with maintenance and operational teams is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Good safety record and ability to work with various safety&nbsp;programs is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">EPA certification is&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Knowledge and understanding with the use of trade specific tools is&nbsp;<strong>required</strong></li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">CIRO (ammonia) certification is&nbsp;<strong>preferred</strong></li></ul>",
