This role offers the opportunity to develop and coach teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on operational performance. You'll collaborate across departments to support production goals while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals.</li>\n <li>Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching, performance feedback, training, and ongoing skill development.</li>\n <li>Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance.</li>\n <li>Coordinate resources, inventory, and equipment readiness to support reliable and efficient operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications/Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of relevant operations, manufacturing, or production leadership experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or production environment.</li>\n <li>Experience supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, or cost-reduction initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Culture and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more.
