In this role, you'll be creating visually rich, polished, and engaging game UI, working with design systems and component-driven structures to bring ideas to life.</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">You'll combine strong visual design skills with a solid UX mindset, using research findings and player insights to guide your design decisions.</span><br><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities<br></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Design visually rich and engaging game interfaces </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Create high-quality UI elements, assets, and component-based systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Work with Figma components, variants, and design systems to ensure consistency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and product goals into design solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Use player behavior insights and research to improve user experience and engagement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Use research insights and competitive audits to improve design solutions</span></li>\n<li>Use AI tools to create game assets when needed and integrate them into the design workflow</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">3+ years of experience, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of UI/UX processes and high-quality design outcomes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong visual design skills with a high level of polish and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and structured systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience designing complex interfaces and component-driven UI systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Solid understanding of player behavior and engagement patterns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience working with design systems (building, maintaining, or scaling)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to design for data-heavy and back-office interfaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience with AI image generation tools (MidJourney, Freepik, or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to conduct and apply competitive analysis and user research</span></li>\n</ul>",
